How we deliver...

 We want you to be over-the-moon with your purchase! For that reason we post all our parcels on Monday and Tuesday, to minimise the chance of the parcel sitting in a depot over a weekend. Orders made after 10am on a Tuesday will be posted the following Monday.

All our plants are sent 'bare rooted' without a pot or soil, unless otherwise stated.

We package and ship all our plants to your door using Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number allowing you to check the progress of your delivery.

We only sell plants that we know can cope with being in transit for up to 10 days. In our experience, most deliveries arrive within 5 days using Standard delivery or within 2 days, if you choose Express Post delivery. 

We charge a flat rate postage of $10 on all purchases for Standard delivery and $15 for Express Post. The more you buy, the more you save. :)

We only ship within Australia and for quarantine reasons, we cannot ship to WA, TAS and NT ...sorry guys :(

If your plants arrive damaged or you're not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the situation.
